Pull-ups are a great test of
Pull-ups are a great test of strength. One way of doing it I started experimenting with yesterday is doing a "ladder" where you do start with one rep, then do two reps, then 3, then 4, etc. You go up to a certain amount and then start the ladder over at 1 rep. Lets say you go up to 5 reps (1+2+3+4+5=15) and do a total of 8 ladders, you end up doing 120 pullups - much more than you would do if you did 3 sets of 20-30 reps, which most people can't do anyway. Its a great way to increase your volume and you will feel it! Thanks for the video, Jamo!
