My New Weight Gainer...What you think?

Carbohydrates - 46g
(sugars) 9.8g
Fat - 9.8g
(saturated) 1.6g

I'm taking this to bulk up and get to a size im happy with then should I take normal whey protein to get bodyfat down including cardio atleast 3 times a week?
