In her early 20s, Rachel Luff reached a turning point in her life. Now a personal trainer, Rachel first got involved in fitness when she lost over 20 kg (over 40 pounds). Through exercise, learning healthy eating habits, and hard work, Rachel found the willpower not only to transform her own body, but also to help others meet their goals and achieve their dreams. For Rachel, it’s all about consistent diet and exercise habits and improving your quality of life.
Born in Brisbane and raised on the Gold Coast, Rachel now calls Sydney, Australia, her home. Her training consists primarily of strength training at the gym and outdoor strongman training. As a resident of Sydney’s lower north shore, she recently began kayaking and will add surfing to the regime later this year.
One of Rachel’s strongest motivations in leading an active lifestyle is to maintain her strength and good health into old age. She also credits her intense competitive streak as one reason she constantly strives to set new personal bests. Most of all, she looks to her strength coach and close friend for guidance, support, and inspiration. This lovely Aussie knows what it takes to lead an athletic, active life and helps others do the same each day.
