yesterday i went to the gym and i did a no mercy workout....the routine was:

shoulders: julien shoulders workout(the video of julien with nick jones)

chest:
flat barbell press 4*12
incline barbell pres 3*12
pull over 3*12
incline dumbell fly 1set
dips 2*10

tirceps:
Dumbbell Pullovers 3*12
Full range tricep Cable 3*12
overhead extension cable 3*12

biceps
preacher curl 3*10
bumbell curl 1set

today i'm feeling ok but i don't know if why i did was right??

that you do with structure is right , the only you need to learn is patience and you will get to your goals . Never ask yourself that question ..YOU DOING MORE THAN ALRIGHT !
